You will need:
In a large pot heat the oil. SautEOnion and garlic until done. Then add ground turkey. Season as desired with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and basil. Cook until ready.
Then add in and saute slightly 1 head of red or green cabbage roughly chopped. Add one box chicken or vegetable stock. Add 1 can of crushed tomatoes. Add washed and cut potatoes (about 1/2 in size). Add other box of chicken or vegetable stock. Including, 1 better than bouillon chicken or vegetable, seasoning as desired. Cover with lid. Cook until potatoes are soft about 45 minutes. Serve, careful it will be hot. Enjoy!
