PARKING: A note about Diamond Parking in regard to the meters - You don't need to register in the parking meters to get the two hours free, they only register when they have been there for over two hours and need to pay.

scheduling visits online

We now offer a way to schedule your visits online.

  • All NEW PATIENT visits have a $49 deposit required to reserve your time with one of our providers.*
  • The $49 deposit is NOT the cost of your visit. Your initial 50-minute provider visit will be billed to your insurance or available at a cash rate of $250 (due at the time of service). The $49 deposit will be applied towards your first office visit.
  • *Deposits are fully refundable with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours and missed appointments are non-refundable. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

New Patient Visits

After you click: "Schedule Now"

  • Click "New" & then make your selection of preferred visit type. (in-office or telehealth)
  • Next, you will 'Reserve your appointment with $49 deposit' which redirects you to the payment link.
  • After payment collection, you will be routed to scheduling with preferred provider
  • Not ready to schedule? Book a free 15 minute consult with the MA to review pricing and program options

Once you do this it will take you through the next few steps.

Returning Visits

After you click: "Schedule Now"

  • Click 'Returning' then the link will take you to your appointment type, select your appointment type (in-office or telehealth), and preferred provider
  • Please use exact name & DOB to avoid duplicate profiles

Please note if you are a new patient, you will not be able to schedule a returning visit and will need to follow the steps for a new visit.
