A note about Diamond Parking in regard to the meters - You don't need to register in the parking meters to get the two hours free, they only register when they have been there for over two hours and need to pay.

(Returning Visit) After you click: "Schedule Now" you will be asked if you are "New" or "Returning" - If you are Returning for a visit, the scheduling link will take you through a series of questions: Returning -> click returning for scheduling a follow up -> then click In-Person Programs -> this will give you the choice of in-person or telehealth -> Once you click on your choice then you are able to see the availability of the provider you are looking to follow up with.
