After booking, you’ll receive a Welcome Letter with information regarding our program. It’s important that you complete your health history forms and upload any recent lab work (within the past 12 months) before your first visit so your specialist has the most accurate information to guide your care.
Your first $49 visit is with an obesity medicine specialist. They will review your medical history, current medications, and most recent lab work. After this visit, if you are deemed appropriate for the program and all required information is collected, you can get started right away.
The medication costs are separate. The program membership fee is $299, which includes direct access to obesity medicine specialists, access to program resources, follow-ups, and support through our platform.
We do not bill insurance directly for our online program. However, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) can be used for program fees and medications.
Our program offers GLP-1 medications, including semaglutide and tirzepatide, when deemed appropriate by your obesity medicine specialist. Medication is shipped directly to your door for convenience.
The program is open-ended, but a longer-term structure is recommended for the best results with medication. Check-ins can be scheduled as often as you want, with a minimum of every 12 weeks.
The program includes direct access to obesity medicine specialists, follow-up appointments, and ongoing guidance. You’ll also have access to program resources through our platform to help track progress and stay on track with your goals.
Yes, the program offers flexibility to cancel your membership at any time. If you are taking medication through the program, we recommend working with your provider before making any changes to your medication to ensure it’s safe and appropriate for you. Please note that specific policies and instructions for cancelling will be provided through your patient portal or by contacting our support team.
If you don’t have lab work from the past 12 months, your specialist may recommend obtaining updated labs before starting the program to ensure safe and effective care.
